• At SI-BIOARTIS, we provide professional qualifications in Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Technology. We recognize that unexpected situations arise, and this document details the guidelines and timelines regarding fee refunds for cancelled applications.

• Refund submissions must be sent formally in email format to our administrative desk within scheduled cutoffs.
• Only program tuition fees are eligible for partial refunds. Seat registrations, processing fees, and administrative charges cannot be returned.
• Requests submitted past the timelines described below are ineligible for consideration.
• Students suspended or penalised for academic misconduct or disciplinary violations waive all rights to a refund.

Refund values are calculated relative to the formal batch start date as follows:

• Seat reservation and course registration charges.
• Printed prospectus booklets and verification processing fees.
• Custom laboratory toolkits or study materials (once received by student).
• Final university examination and credential processing charges.
• Sponsored assistance or scholarship credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Include your verified registration receipt, course allocation letter, and copy of identity proof.
• Administrative review takes up to 5 working days from submission receipt.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account or card within 15 to 20 working days.
• All return transactions are settled in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusively.

• In case the institute postpones or cancels a cohort before start due to regulatory reasons, students will receive a 100% refund of all components (including registration fees). Notifications will be sent at least 15 days in advance.

• Applicants may defer their cohort allocation to the next semester batch once (subject to availability) by applying at least 14 days before start. Deferral applications do not require extra payments. Subsequent deferral requests will be processed as standard cancellations.

• All refund grievances must first be logged via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Grievance".
• Unresolved concerns lasting more than 30 days will be resolved via formal arbitration according to Indian statutes, with jurisdiction restricted to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

• SI-BIOARTIS reserves the right to modify these cancellation guidelines. The policies in effect during your cohort sign-up date will govern your terms.
